By using FiveLines you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted Use
FiveLines may be used for training, professional military education, unclassified planning exercises, and personal professional development. Use must comply with applicable laws and your organization's policies.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) enter classified, CUI, or sensitive information; (b) use the service for operational security planning involving actual classified operations; (c) share account credentials; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or clone the service; (e) use the service in violation of applicable export control laws.
4. Government Use Disclaimer
FiveLines is a commercial product not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government. Government employees are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable policies, including those regarding use of commercial software and cloud services.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated order content is for planning and training purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output for accuracy, doctrinal compliance, and appropriateness before use. FiveLines makes no warranty that AI-generated content is doctrinally accurate, tactically sound, or appropriate for any specific operation.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Stripe processes all payments.
7. Intellectual Property
The FiveLines platform, branding, and software are proprietary. Orders and content you create remain yours. U.S. Army doctrine referenced in prompts and outputs is U.S. Government property.
8. Limitation of Liability
FiveLines is provided "as is." We are not liable for operational decisions made based on AI-generated content, data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the service.
