Users are prohibited from entering classified, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), sensitive, or operationally sensitive data into this system. This is not an authorized system for processing government sensitive information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during registration (name, rank, email address, unit) and information generated through your use of the service (order data you create, usage logs). We do not collect any information from your government computer or network beyond what you voluntarily enter.
We use Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic's API for AI text processing. Text you submit for AI processing is transmitted to Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your account information is used to authenticate you and manage your subscription. Order data you create is stored to enable the save/resume functionality and is only accessible by you. We analyze aggregate usage data (not content) to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. DoD and Government Users
FiveLines is a commercial service and is NOT an authorized government system. Government employees using this service from personal devices or authorized networks do so in accordance with their command policies.
No data entered into FiveLines should be considered protected by government security classifications. Do not enter any information that you would not be comfortable sharing on an unclassified, non-government system.
This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army, or any other government agency.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. User authentication is managed through Supabase Auth. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and we never store credit card information.
Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Do not enter sensitive information. Order content is encrypted at rest in your account database. No third party has access to your planning data. FiveLines staff do not access order content.
5. Data Retention
Your account data and orders are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your orders at any time through the dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@fivelines.app.
6. AI Processing
Your OPORD content is transmitted to Anthropic's API solely to generate your requested output. Anthropic's API terms prohibit using API inputs to train AI models. FiveLines does not store, log, review, or retain the content of your orders beyond what is required to display them in your account. Your planning content is yours.
